we were in need of new Windows and wanted to make some design changes and now everything looks amazing and beautiful! We can't wait to see what kind of difference it makes in the winter with heat loss, as our old Windows were 25+ years old! Thanks to Oliver Oliver Soroka for all of his patience with our many questions! Not to mention our two kids running around the whole time during our quote appointment and then sticking their fingers in the caulking after the fact, for which the guys came back promptly to fix!

We had Brad in to install some dimmer switches & lights, convert some outlets to GFCI, and add a surge protector to our electrical box. From first contact to date of service, he was helpful, informative and knowledgeable. He gave us some good recommendations that put our minds at ease and ensuring our family would be safe. We are very happy with the work and will be calling on Emmons Electric when we are ready to do some additional updates in the future.

Thanks to Alan at Allmax for another excellent inspection, this has been our second time having him in to inspect a home. He is very informative and answered all of my questions. He also provides helpful info about what fixes should be done soon and which ones can wait. I feel very confident in the house we bought, knowing now that there are no expensive surprises waiting for us. We have recommended Allmax to many of neighbors, who have all also been very happy with their inspections. The report is very detailed and informative with the various pictures and diagrams. I would definitely recommend Allmax to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Jennifer provided us with a quote and had a booking for us in no time, with her helpers our house was spotless in only a few hours. Will be using this team again for sure!

Beware. I have my account setup with automatic billing from my credit card and for the second month in a row Reliance has charged the max payment amount of $2k, due to some glitch in their system. And conveniently, they are unable to reverse charges in their systems...so I have to now wait another 3 weeks for them to mail me another cheque to reimburse me. And they assured me up and down that the issue was fixed last month. Needless to say, I will be cancelling all automatic billing immediately and letting them know what I think about this. If I was not under a 3 year contract, I would be severing all ties with them. Ridiculous.
