The sales rep was polite and professional, the mattress is of excellent quality. Also helped that they have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee (which I did not need to use). I'll be going back for my next purchase in 5 years from now again.

It took less than 10 minutes to grab it and put into my vehicle. They even followed up a year later to see how it is working and whether I was interested in an extended warranty. No pressure even when I turned it down. I will purchase from them again in the future.
