My wife and I had been reaching out to various contractors for suggestions on how to renovate our bathroom and other parts of the second floor of our home for some time now but the quotes for the work were always incredibly high because our stairway is very narrow and couldn't fit full sheets of drywall. James was the first person who ever looked at what we wanted to do and suggested removing one of our large second floor windows to bring through full sheets and save a lot of money on labor so we decided he would be the best for the job. Over the course of the project which included full gutting of our bathroom, rerouting electrical and rerouting the plumbing as well as dry walling, insulating, and various other jobs (too many to list) around the home James has always been easy to reach, quick on answering questions and good at coming up with solution to some of the problems we ran into renovation a very old house with a lot of odd DIY from the previous owner. The people he employs have all been professional and leave the work site clean every day. One thing that really stood out to me about working with James was his attention to detail and making sure we were happy with what we ended up with. James made great suggestions on grout colour for the tiles and had certain details such as the chrome drain for the IKEA sink, the power outlets, and our old heating vent grate coloured matte black to match the rest of our bathroom hardware. I'm going to keeping Jame's contact info with me going forward and won't hesitate recommending his services to other people. My wife and I are both very please with everything James has done and love our new bathroom.
