Our hot water tank broke on a Friday morning. I called Heatmaster Services late-afternoon. Dmitri went above and beyond to make time to check it out. He stopped by on the same day. He was at my house in a few hours looking at the tank. Once we found out the tank was beyond repair, he gave me a couple options. He can show up the next morning with a basic tank, or if we waited until Monday morning he will have a tank of better quality and warranty for the same price. He explained I can get a better product with his main supplier who was closed until Monday morning. Therefore, I decided to wait until Monday. Dmitri and Ian showed up on time on Monday with the better value tank. They installed the new tank in an hour or less, and disposed the old tank for me. He showed me his original receipts of the materials and a complete invoice of the labor costs. I'm a repeat customer because I'm very happy with their work and customer service. They also serviced my furnace last year. Highly recommend Heatmaster Services!

Dmitri came over for two calls. 1st call, my house was left with no heat because the furnace unexpectedly down. It was -20 degrees that day. Dmitri was at my place in 30 min after I called. He's knowledgeable and fixed our furnace right away. He noticed our furnace hadn't been serviced for a long time and gave his recommendation without being pushy. 2nd call, Dmitri came over to complete the service and recommendations he gave to make our furnace run longer and better. He's punctual, and explained the work that was going to be done before completed. He also provided me with a free estimate before doing the work. I'm very pleased with the service provided, the professionalism, and friendliness of Dmitri. Will definitely be a repeat customer and would highly recommend Heatmasters Services to anyone who needs anything regarding furnace, water tanks, A/C, and built in humidifiers.

ReImagine Builders developed my basement. The project took about 8-10 weeks to complete (not including Christmas holidays). The project began in December and finished mid-late February. It was very easy to get a hold of Bo (President) and Josh (Project Manager). They both came over to measure my basement, provided free drawings, consultation, and quote. They also did an amazing job developing my garage. Communication: 5/5, there was never a time I didn't know what stage the project was at. Courtesy: 5/5, they knew we were having a baby in February and they finished our basement in time so they would not disrupt our new-born with construction noise. The trades removed their footwear when entering our home (before they laid down running mats). Professionalism 4.5/5, There were a few small pieces of broken drywall left on the side of my house which got cleaned up shortly after drywall installation was complete. Other than that, we didn't experience any problems with the trades. Quality: 5/5, I've received many compliments about the quality of work done, and how they matched our basement colors to the rest of our home making it appear as if it was developed by the builder. Price: 5/5, The quote I was given was $8,000 less than other builders. I did not request any change orders or major upgrades mid-project so the price did not fluctuate. Overall: 5/5, I would highly recommend ReImagine Builders, and will be a repeat customer if I need to develop again in my future houses. They have exceeded my expectations :)
