PERFECTION! We couldn't be happier with the results from Onereno! Onereno was our first and only choice for our renovations, based on word of mouth from friends and the great feedback from their HomeStars profile. Major, Alex & team were very professional, honest and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We didn't want some cookie cutter 'Ikea' renovation and Onereno provided a completely custom home with very chic finishes! They were very meticulous with their work and it absolutely shows with the final product. What really sets Onereno apart from other contractors is their transparency and responsiveness throughout the whole renovation process. We've experienced other contractors agreeing to an initial budget but then back pedaling and charging more without our approval. Onereno was always upfront about their costs and would advise if anything we wanted would be outside of our budget. They were also very helpful with providing layout recommendations based on functionality and always addressed our concerns in a prompt and professional manner. You definitely get what you pay for in this field and we would not hesitate to recommend Onereno to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price! We recently bought home in Thornhill to be used as a rental property which needed some renovations done. We were referred to ONERENO (Major & Alex) through a mutual friend and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome! ONERENO were very professional through every stage of the renovations and exceeded our expectations! They removed all the old carpeting throughout the house, secured all the subfloors and replaced with new laminate flooring throughout with new quarter round. They cleaned up after themselves each day and really treated the house as if it were their own. They also installed a new kitchen counter and back splash on schedule and on budget. The renovations speaks for itself as everything turned out great! We've had some work done before from some very terrible contractors, but after using ONERENO, they totally renewed our faith in home renovations and we can't wait to use Major and Alex again when we finally reno our basement!
