We recently had our basement finished by Cobalt Developments. Greg came out and gave us a detailed quote of the job. There were no surprises from the quote he gave and the work was done on time and within quote. Greg is an incredibly personable guy who is well mannered and very respectful of your home. What I like the most about Greg is that he honestly seemed to want to make your basement as nice as you wanted to make it, and the quality of workmanship shows. We found the job was exceptionally well planned with contractors showing up on time every time. All contractors that showed up were exceptionally well mannered and we had no problem having any of them in our home, many of them even played with our young children on their way to and from the basement. Our basement was finished a few months ago so we have had some time to enjoy it now, and I can tell you the quality is second to none. The basement perfectly matches our upstairs and is very functional and meets 100% of our needs. I would highly recommend cobalt and will be using them in the future for all my renovation/basement needs.
