I ordered a fabulous leather framed mirror in a different colour than the showroom sample. Not being able to see a sample of the colour, I was a little unsure of putting in an order, what if I didn't like it? Then I was told something you don't hear very often, if at all...if you don't like it, you don't have to buy it...no problem. Much the same thing happened when I ordered a special order handcrafted bench. I took it home and my husband wasn't that happy with the finish...I was told to bring it back...no problem. I love the feeling of buying with confidence, knowing they stand behind their products and their ultimate goal is to have satisfied customers. Don't know what to get someone? Just tell them...Gord and Steve ask all the right questions to make sure you choose a suitable and beautiful (they don't carry anything but beautifut!) gift.
