Pat, the technician who responded to my call was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional and did what he needed to do to temporarily fix my problem at the end of what was a very long day for him. My furnace and AC are 17 years old. Pat fixed the problem to get my heat up and running and in case the new motor didn't fit, he brought a space heater along to keep my home warm. I decided to opt for a new furnace and AC given the age of my equipment and everything was carefully explained by Pat. It was a pleasure to meet both Pat and Tracey at the Carleton offices the next business day to go over the work required. The cost of my "emergency" visit was credited to the new work order which I greatly appreciated.
