We have used Ben's since the late 1960's when we first moved to Surrey. At first it was for repairs for our used appliances, then when it came time to purchase new, we shopped around thinking Ben's would be higher.To my surprise, their prices were actually very competitive and even lower in some cases. They are a local, family operated business and we always got good service from them.So we have purchased appliances from them for many years and appreciate their commitment to coming in, removing the old and taking it away , installing the new and in some cases, putting in new outlets. There is a modest fee for delivery and take away, but so worth it. So yes, we are still getting good service. Just purchased a new washer. Matt explained things very well, easy to understand helped in our decision which one to get and I am a happy woman doing my laundry and would highly recommend Ben's Appliances.!

They serviced our used washer, dryer, etc. Always friendly and helpful. Then when it was ready to replace the used for new we researched other retailers, thinking Ben's prices would be higher. Not so, pleasant surprise, very competitive and lower prices than we anticipated. So they have installed every major appliance now in our home, bought at Ben's, of course. Very happy with their service.
