We researched several professional contractors to consult about finishing a basement into an office and gym and in the end Rob's Construction was the ultimate choice... and a winner indeed. Everything from the cost estimate, recommendations, time to finish the job, choice of construction materials to finishings was all very professionally coordinated, accurate in a timely manner. Completed our basement of around 800 sq ft within 7 weeks that included framing, drywall, re-routing of existing plumbing/piping, subflooring, electrical work, venting, plumbing, flooring, painting, trim, doors, stairs and installation of all bathroom, lighting and outlet fixures. The best part of the work were the teams of people both employed by Rob and the choice of several fantastic subcontractors (electricians, plumbers and painter) that Rob selected for the job. Calls/emails correspondence was always responded in a timely manner, When project work was coordinated, everyone was always on time and all of them were a joy to have. Each were very courteous and professional, and above all they each were highly experienced skilled craftsmans. At the end of every day the teams would thoroughly clean up their work and dispose of any waste material. A special thanks to Kyle and Guy, who spent the most time completing our basement project! For any future home renovations or recommendations I will be calling on Rob. Also fantastic was Lorion Electricial. A special thanks to Dan and his Lorion Electricians, who were amazing and performed so much above and beyond what was needed. If I ever need electrical work done in the future - Lorion would be my choice.

Moved to a new home in Milton last week and realized the hot water tank was not providing hot water. Called Enercare to start monthly rental and had service come on Saturday. Louis Rega was the Enercare technician who called me first to let me know he would be there at 2 pm from the time window of 2 -6 pm provided by Enercare customer service. Glad he was early. Louis was very experienced, polite and quick to resolve problems. At first, the service call was simply finding out why the hot water tank was not producing hot water to the house. It was quickly realized that the gas valve was shut off by the previous owner. It was more than that, when Louis smelled some gas once the gas valve was turned on and decided to remove the whole gas line, clean and refit to tighten. He also ran an entire gas check of the house starting from the outside metre to check if there was gas being consumed when all gas appliances where turned off including gas fireplace, and gas stove to check other possible gas leaks. He was very thorough in his job and what ended up as simply turning on the gas valve, ended up completing a full house gas diagnostic. So glad he came and his experience really paid off to discover only the gas line to the hot water tank was the only issue which he quickly resolved. All at no cost as part of the monthly rental charges. Great Job Lous!

Right from the start of making my calls for quotes to the end of job Jerry, the owner and was courteous, professional and most of all offered the best value after I called 3 other places for quotes. Jerry is a great guy to deal with. He was the quickest to respond when I called him on a Sunday morning after sending him a photo of the damaged area. Jerry came to my house within the hour of the call and quoted me a great price. He explained in detail of different options including if I wanted to remove all the popcorn. The thing about popcorn spray is if its done poorly, it is very noticeable that a repair was done. Since it was a small job and was the least costly option, I still picked the repair with popcorn spray. Without hesitation I gave him the job and I scheduled 2 weeks out on a weekday I would be home. Jerry sent one of his employees, Kevin to complete the small job. Kevin was courteous and professional the moment he walked in. He was meticulous in carefully preparing my living room with drop sheets and painters tape on the floor, sheets covering furniture, walls. The damaged area was also isolated in making a tent-like enclosure of the damaged ceiling to ensure there would be no mess when spraying the popcorn stucco. The repair was done so professionally like an artisan that it is barely noticeable of a repair was ever made. You'd have to point to it and still look very closely that a repair was ever made. Thank you Jerry. Thank you Kevin, you did a great repair job. Do give Mr. Stucco a call - I highly recommend it with 5 stars on price, service, and professional job!
