They did my full basement construction project and I am happy to leave a review for them as a satisfied client. Faraz was very professional from the beginning and walked me through the whole process before we got started. He charged me exact amount as promised and delivered what was promised. He has a great team that ties everything well together. We did space planning before we started with the construction so we knew exactly how our basement will turn out in the end. I did get 3 estimates before deciding to go with them and let me tell you they were definitely not the cheapest but they were very detailed with their estimate, they explained me the whole process very well and Faraz was very upfront with me about all the costs as compared to other contractors who will tell me $25,000 initially and watch it build up to $50,000 real quick or have a cheap handyman job done on my property. Although my job got delayed by a month but that was mainly due to the permit work and they did warn me about that upfront. I would like to recommend these guys to my friends and family and wish them success in future!
