Flavio was extremely reliable, trustworthy, pleasant, and skilled. He called exactly when he said he would. He arrived at exactly the time he specified. He took off his shoes and worked cleanly. He fixed the problem very quickly and was flexible in helping us with a couple of other small plumbing issues we hadn't told him about in advance - he replaced a second faucet in another bathroom and tightened a kitchen faucet that had been installed poorly by someone else. I've worked with many tradespeople - having gone through a recent renovation - and Flavio was one of the most professional I've dealt with. If you're looking for a plumber, Flavio's a real find.
