Review Google. This is a terrible company. Technician came in viewed the problem came back day or two later. I paid for a new mechanism that he had issues with installing. My icemaker has never worked properly since he left. (That would be Sam). Today I have a new repair person coming, from another company.
Used an affiliate, Williams Bros, for my Feb 28/14. Travelling distance was 7 minutes. They scatched furniture, damaged TV beyond repair, damaged walls, and damaged Barbecue beyond repair. Claims dept replaced TV with an unlike model, and not much else. I had purchased their extra insurance, but apparently that did not help. Would definitely NOT recommend putting your trust with this company.
Bedroom converted to diningroom

The personal service and care and attention was great. They kept coming back and checking in to make sure everything was okay. They were even respectful to my little dog, which I thought was very important. And I'll definitely use them to do my basement development this year.
