Called Rusty at 10:30 on a friday he said he would pencil me in for this afternoon... he called back making some excuse about a broken car wash he had to run off to this was at 3:00. apparently commercial contracts are far more important then a little broken heater job like mine. He clled me again 2 hours after he said he was going to show and told me not to go anywhere and he'd be by in the next 2 hours... either that or reschedule for monday. one of the two. of course right away i knew he was just sideballing me. It's one thing to tell someone that they are too busy and can get the job done monday that would have been just fine. but Rusty had me wait at the house all day long. and he didn't even call back sayin he wasn't going to show. It's saturday, so here I sit in my house currently 14 degrees celcius wondering why I decided to hire this guy. 2 more days to go... maybe he will fit me in monday if it's not too much of an inconvience for Him. Cold and sick and tired. Eric

- actually come in to fix my heater and not just lie to me on the phone.

- Make sure that you hold him to his work otherwise your project might take an extra week.
