I switched my monitoring from ADT to Securepol six months ago. The installer, Robert arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was helpful and courteous as well and explained the service to me in details. Securepol offers a free guard service in every monitoring package which provides a higher level of protection comparing to regular monitoring which I had with ADT. I was also advised to call ADT before they took over and ask about cancellation policy. I was informed that there is a 30 day notice required, so Securepol started to monitor my house a day before ADT agreement expired. That not only saved me from the double charges but ensure that Securepol put customer satisfaction above their profits. Today I can tell that I switched because of the price, but will stay because of the service.
