Several years ago, I found Rooz when I needed my furnace serviced. I am very glad I did. He has been the only technician I have needed. He is very professional, quick and clean about his work, and very dependable. Although my yearly appointment, when he comes to service the furnace (and provide) and replace the filter, is booked about a week in advance, on those occasions when I have had a furnace emergency, Rooz has fitted me in on short notice. I do not hesitate to recommend RGS to anyone; quite simply, I know that I am well taken care of. He is very deserving of the five stars I have given him.

I called RGS originally to troubleshoot my malfunctioning furnace. I was very pleased with the outcome, not only how quickly Rooz diagnosed and repaired my furnace, but also how professionally he conducted himself. He performs excellent work for a fair price. I have not hesitated to recommend him to friends, as I entrust my yearly furnace maintenance to him. I am relieved that I have a dependable person to service my furnace each Fall. When I will need my hot water tank replaced, I know I can call on Rooz to provide me with the appropriate unit. These days it may be hard to find an honest, dependable tradesperson, but I consider myself lucky to have found him. I highly recommend RGS.

The 'before' photos don't really show how much moss was really on either roof...the moss on my garage was as dense as a carpet! The roof of my house looked like it was strewn with moss popcorn balls. I noticed a bit of moss on the garage roof last year; nothing on the house last year, though. It grows quickly! I am happy to say that the moss problem is now gone, and I will have both sprayed with moss-retardant when weather permits. The company vacuums the gutters, which I prefer to having gutter debris thrown into my garden.The fellow performing the work was conscientious and polite, careful with his equipment and in my garden. Ian, the business owner, is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this service.
