I was very pleased to find the exact match for tile to finish the tub surround. The staff was very helpful and even gave me a bit of a discount. I was a bit disappointed with the return policy as I had bought too much and couldn't return it because it was too small of an order to restock for them. oh well! i guess i should have checked before.
We needed our patio door replaced as the seal was broken and couldn't see through it any more. Our condo then had Tim from Fine line Property Mngt give me a call. He was very professional and courteous and made arrangements to come by with in the week. He then removed the door to be fixed, properly secured the entrance and sent the door away to be fixed. Once the door had been repaired, he was there to install it the next day. This project was completed 2 weeks earlier than he had estimated. Very pleased with Tim's service.
Damien and his brother arrived on time and were very professional. The quote online was accurate and they explained how long it would take and were happy to answer any questions I had. Very happy with the job done and I will have them back again for my annual furnace cleaning.

Repaired and cleaned gas fireplace
The glass kept popping off of my gas fireplace insert and I needed it either replaced or put on again properly. I also hated the old "vermiculite" stone feature in the bottom of the tray. The technician was on time, very friendly and cleaned everything in and out including the glass. He then checked the readings on everything and replaced the vermiculite with lave rocks for no extra charge. Cleaned up after himself too. I was very pleased and will have them back again next year for yearly fireplace inspection.
We just moved in to our new place and were very sad to find our fireplace wouldn't turn on! It was a busy time around Christmas and I was happy to find that "firestarters" would be able to come to my house within a day or so and have their guys come and check it out. The lady on the phone helped determine what the problem might be and gave me an appropriate quote. When the guy came he was on time and fixed when we needed to fix for the appropriate amount quoted to me. I was very happy. I even needed some questions answered after the technician had left and they were happy to be of assistance. They even have a guarantee.
