called friday to get someone out to repair tv, said they would call back monday morning to schedule. I called them mon afternoon, said they would call tuesday morning. they called tuesday to ask for serial number, they called back and said they needed a part ordered, would be 2 days. Why didn't they order part friday? I called them back 3 days later, said they would call back in 1 hour. I called back that afternoon, said they had part and would be calling me back in mon or tue? why would he even say tue. if you want fast and professional service, do not call these people. you have to hunt them down to do there job.
