Ravenwood Developers renovated our kitchen, replaced the flooring throughout, and other various jobs to rejuvenate our home. We found Ryley knowledgeable, comfortable and very responsive to work with through all parts of our renovation. The final quote was fair and reasonable and all changes were agreed to and pre-approved before the changes implemented. Ryley’s suppliers were informative and offered a variety of choices. I appreciated the printout of the project schedule as this was helpful to know the sequence of events. The renovation proceeded smoothly and in a timely fashion and although was complicated by renovating different floors over different periods, this did not present any problems for Ryley’s team. Ryley’s team was very flexible and kept everything well organized so that we could occupy the home while the renovations carried on. Ryley coordinated not only his own trade people but as well an independent cabinet supplier/ installer that we had commissioned to replace our kitchen cabinets. Ravenwood Developers’ crew of trades were competent and respectful of our home and were able to bring our 1980 home up to 2015 codes. We were extremely satisfied with all the work.
