We were late calling for someone to replace our leaky eaves trough and had already been turned away by two places. Maize sent someone out within a few days of calling and although he couldn't guarantee it would be done before the end of December, he promised it would be done in the first week of the new year. We came home one day and to our satisfaction noticed the eaves trough had been replaced and a new drain pipe installed weeks before what we were expecting. The work was efficient, quiet and absolutely nothing left behind to indicate work had been done. We were thankful because the old eaves trough had a leak in a very precarious place over our front sidewalk and with all the thawing and freezing this was important to have replaced.
