Highwood has done most of my art framing. The staff has an excellent eye for color and matches the matting & framing to compliment the piece of art. Their prices are reasonable and their work is excellent.
Clarity Glass provided glass inserts for 10 of our windows in which the seals had "popped". The window inserts were measured and installed on time and on budget without any errors. We will use this company to do 3 more large windows in the near future.

refinishing existing floor & installing plank floor
Dave & his company refinished a large great room floor and installed matching hardwood in two other rooms on time & on budget. He was realistic in his cost projections so didn't have to adjust his estimate. He started the job on time and finished on time. The floors are reenergized, attractive and most importantly very functional.
Excellent workmanship in the art of her upholstery techniques. Jennifer added a cord around the back of the chair profile and renailed the decorative nails to the inside which modernized the appearance of these 40+ year old chairs. Good selection of fabrics, knowledgable about the characteristics of the fabrics (wearability, stain management etc). She did the wortk on time and on budget.
