My first interaction with Vaillancourt was with Nancy who represented the company so well, I was sure this was going to be a wonderful partnership. For my first quote I received a call from Brian who gave me some background on the company and services. I felt more confident this was a great company. When David arrived to complete the work at our customer’s home, he immediately said hello and introduced himself. David was professional and polished in his appearance and manner. His knowledge and work ethic was incredible. David jumped right in, working so efficiently and cleanly, explaining the work he was doing. Some plumbers would just install a new bathtub but David checked that the drain was flowing in the right direction and quickly saw it was not. It was going uphill by 1/8”. David made the necessary changes in very impressive time and by fixing this, there was a drastic improvement. I had a very brief interaction with another Plumber, Shane who drove up, got out of his vehicle, waved and said hello. He put something in David’s vehicle and made sure he acknowledged me and said have a great day and waved goodbye as he left. This may seem a very small gesture but meant so much in the moment as Shane had been on call and had a very late night working. He could have pretended not to see me but made a special effort to acknowledge me. After the project was completed, I received a call a couple days later from Patsy to create my company account. Patsy mentioned looking at our website and knowing what we look like. I was impressed that even though Patsy was very busy, she had taken the time to get to knows little about us. I was very pleased when I received the invoice as it was very fair and reasonable for the quality and amount of work completed. My partner and I are very particular about who we use on a project and who we refer our customers to. I am looking forward to establishing a long time working relationship with Vaillancourt and feel confident using them on all our future projects and have every confidence in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a quality plumbing company. Vaillancourt will take care of you with great workmanship and excellent customer service.

We always use Apex for all our glass work. They are very professional, efficient and reliable. In addition to great service and quality of work, their communication is wonderful throughout the process. From Nick and Bryan to managing and measuring, who are incredibly knowledgeable to Anne and Stephanie in the office who are always on top of things and a pleasure to deal with to the guys installing, I can’t say enough great things about them. For this project it was Paul and Vince who were fantastic. They were so professional and so personable. The install was completed very efficiently and they worked so cleanly. Another amazing project completed on schedule! Thank you so much!

We first worked with Firenza on a project in a condo in downtown Toronto as we needed a Plumber quickly and they were frequently onsite, thus very familiar with the building and its processes. We were so impressed with Carmine who came out to complete the work as he is very knowledgeable, efficient, communicates and is excellent with our customers! Because our experience was excellent from the start, we decided to look at using Firenza for other projects and have been extremely pleased with them. Firenza has been very fair in their pricing, they are very quick to get their quotes to us, the work is completed when they say it will be (and they go above and beyond on the work that they do) and there are no surprises when you get the invoice.
