When we decided to do basement renovation one of the recommended contractors by our friends was Michael - owner of the Level Up group. Initially we wanted to do just a cosmetic repair, but Michael after observing of our basement persuaded us fortunately that we need to do complete demolition and remodeling of it: he showed us mold in several places and ensure that inside the walls there are much more. So the whole project was much bigger than we planned but it was definitely worth it, and we are very grateful to Michael, that he was so conscious and professional. Regarding the process itself: we were amazed how precisely work was organized and performed. Every week Michael sent us daily schedule for the next week operations, and they were done exactly at this day. Every work was done with different crew - professionals in this same job, and not just universal handymen. Everything was done with high quality and we practically did not have any complaints. Moreover all the crews were very polite, considerate, and tried to minimize interruption to our life (most of us worked from home at this time). The final result is amazing - it is impossible to recognize in this beautiful unit our old basement. Thank you Michael and all crew - we will definitely recommend you to all our friends!

We ordered installation of egress window from our basement. It was not increase of the existing window, but creation of a new one. Walter came to evaluate the project, he explained in details our options with pros and contras, explained building code requirements, showed sample of the windows. The quote was quite competitive, a little bit lower than from other company. The work was scheduled to Tuesday, but on Monday Olga called us and told that due to negative temperature they could not work on Tuesday and the work was moved to Thursday (forecast was for positive temperature). Indeed already before 8 am the team was here. They worked the whole day. The work was done excellent, all the soil and debris were removed, The window looks very good giving the basement light and safety. Very well done work.

Oleg explained me all options with pros and contra in very clear form. After I made the decision what ewuipment Id like to be installed, appointment was schedulled very fast. The work crew was very punctual, accurate, professional and polite. The whole process from the wuotation to installation was smooth and pleasant. Thank you the whole crew!

Everything worked smooth and perfect. Staring from quote - everything was explained to me, different options, pluses and minuses of each of them. When I ordered actual work, it was scheduled just in several days despite of busy season. The crew arrived exactly at scheduled time, worked very accurate and professional and did excellent work. It's a pleasure to be a customer of this company! They always in touch with you before and after the events (snow storm, freezing rain) with useful tips and timely notifications about service. They do excellent and conscientious job, cleaning both driveway, and entrance to home. Sometimes during strong storm they come twice. We are quite lucky to have their help!

Anatoliy came exactly at the agreed time. He checked conditions of our home foundation, found the sources of leak, explained me in detail my options and what we should do to prevent future problems. He didn't try to push me to the most expensive or most extensive work. He promised to finish the work that I choose in three days. Actually the crew worked very fast and they finished it in two days. The crew was professional, friendly and cleaned the premises after completion the work. I hope not to have the other problems of this kind in future, but if I will have them, I definitely book Royal Work Waterproofing again. Thank you Anatoliy and coworkers.

We bought in the store fridge and dishwasher. When the fridge was delivered, it turned out that it didn't fit the place in kitchen. Delivery crew insisted that we should sign for delivery and later to request from store for exchange it to smaller model. The same day I filled and sent the return authorization form with indication that we want not just return it, but exchange. During this process I found not pleasant statement on their website, that any return or cancellation is charged with 25% restocking fee, which was already unpleasant surprise. But actual deal was even worse. I received in 2 days refusal from employee Katelyn (without last name and title!), stated that the return was not authorized, as I knew specifications and accepted the delivery. All my trials to explain, that I was misinformed by their delivery crew about the process (by the way, I mentioned even, that I had two witnesses of our conversation with the crew), and I didn't try even to avoid the draconian 25% "restocking" fee, and that I want to buy instead another item did not help. Katelyn without last name was relentless and refused to authorize the return and exchange. As a result we left with not fit fridge, that we should sell now through Kijiji. I definitely will not leave it as is, but just wanted to warn potential buyers from dealing with the store. You can buy and pray that everything is OK, but in case something not - you are screwed.
