Peter and his crew actually did the work and it was a very pleasant experience to work with Peter and his team who are not only knowledgeable but absolutely professional and excellent in customer service. We had a lot of questions during the work and he was always patient to explain what was being done and kept us abreast with the progress of the work and accommodated slight modifications and still kept to schedule. Waheed got back to us within a couple of hours and set an appointment for the next day. He came on time and explained what he was going to do and patiently answered our questions. He carried out the work and we have not seen any wasps since then. Waheed was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
