Chris is a best-in-class electrician. Within a week, he completed 2 separate projects for me. The first was new electrical (outlets, fixtures, range hood fan) for a full downtown condo renovation. A week later he installed and connected a SPA / hot tub for me. He is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely fair and upfront with pricing. Excellent communication and honest. Look forward to working with Chris on all future projects. It’s hard to find reliable and honest professionals, and Chris definitely is one.

Project: Remove old floor and replace with new, high quality 15 mm laminate floor with soundproof under-padding, and quarter round trim. New carpet installed on stairs. This was for a downtown condo unit. Mike from Magic Touch Flooring was fantastic to work with. He answers all your questions, extremely responsive, and professional. He does what he says, and his prices are very reasonable. I would use Mike again for all future flooring and carpet services. No issues at all. 10/10.

We sourced Ray from Total Home Security to install our home security system. He spent over 2 days performing a custom install, which included wiring over 17 windows, and installing security points in each of the home entrances (3 in total.) We decided to purchase the system (instead of renting it) and our monthly monitoring cost is 10$ per month! He is a rep for ADT Security. He also keeps us in the loop as new products/upgrades come out. The best part is, we have is cell phone number, and he is my direct point of contact for everything security related (instead of calling an offshore call-centre.)

Craig and his team (Nick) are the best that it gets. I leveraged this company for both my home and rental property and they are fantastic. Great to see above and beyond customer service - a rarity in today's economy. 10/10 in my books. Thanks Craig.

Excellent and top notch service with responsive communication; had ordered the 13 SEER AC, but due to manufacturer not having in stock, was upgraded to 14.5 SEER at no extra cost. Also replaced my own thermostat (came back 2 times due to issue with thermostats itself.) This is a excellent company and def recommend. They also installed our humidifier. 10/10.

Very easy to work with - were able to customize the home as per our needs. Builder did not nickle and dime us, and many upgrades were free (or at a reasonable cost and non-inflated.) Excellent decision.
