they offer a very low service charge at front but they don't have the knowledge and skill to actually perform the repair service. They tell you it's expensive to fix the problem. It's not worth repairing when the new appliance is a little bit higher than the repair costs. That's what happened to me. My friger had water and ice problem, the water didn't come out and no ice. The technician came and checked and told me the central panel and water line needed to be replaced, the costs was closed to 1k. I couldn't believe and called another company to have a 2nd check, the other company sent the technician and I only paid $400 to fix the problem at the end. $49 is not big money, but $49 for nothing, it's a waste of your time and resource. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
