Saw Mark's company reviews and knew we could not go wrong and were proven right. Mark and his installer Erdem were very Covid compliant and we felt safe in letting them in our home. From first contact to the completion of the job, (in less than a week), Mark showed his attention to customer needs and arrived in our house with numerous samples, all of which were in tune with the description of what we wanted. In fact anyone of the dozen or so samples would have been great. Once we made our choice within a few days delivery and installation went smoothly on time and as promised. Hired Mike from MCG for snow service and could not be happier with the service we received. Have lived in my home for 20 years and gone through a lot of snow services, which were either fair or horrible. Finally found someone who understands customer service and quality of work as the norm.
