the doors are not level windows have various defects after various complaints and L...s from the operators in October I received an email that within 6 months everything would be fixed 7 months from the email no news

We made the mistake of calling Nordik windows and door to replace the basement windows 6 and 3 doors. Bad choice both the windows and the doors as well as have several defects as well as being installed in an unprofessional way from there subcontractor . For more than 3 weeks it was not possible to block the windows after clean windows water come inside . work paid but after a month still not completed. after a month the company sent an inspector to check our complain confirming the various defects. Now we are waiting to know if the company will Fix Very unprofessional company products, installers, and professionalism of the company to be avoided After call the number in the answer from company and now passed 2 months we don't receive answer from Nordik Windows and Doorswhen and if they can fix all issue the ispector from Nordik Windows and Doors founded if someone want see bad job this company doo free to contact me i open to help to not commit same mistake we do with this unprofessional company

Words can't describe how good these guys were!!!! I have had so many compliments on our home since They started ... extremely professional company they always kept us informed of when work was scheduled to be done and followed through, they were fast at completing the project. The owner Jamie was professional and courteous he knew what he was talking about and we are glad that we took his advise on decisions regarding the driveway ,sidewalk , porch and steps, backyard and shed,and more ... the workers were Fantastic, very polite and very very professional and clean up after everyday of work they ensured our neighbours were not disturbed. .... you get what you pay for and this was a wise investment !!! VERY happy we chose them , I suggest to all my friends, Thank you
