Although Gentry was competent in the service they performed, their customer service was terrible. We had them install water proofing for our basement, but when we continued to have leaking issues it took months to get them to follow up on the problem. They advertise a 'lifetime warranty' but it is at their pace and convenience. After many irate phone calls on our part and false promises of coming to fix the problem on their part we finally got the issue corrected.

Gentry Has been doing waterproofing waterproofing for over 20 Years and tries to ensure the customer has a dry basement. We do not remember the details of this customers issue and why it took a month to respond but in the end Gentry looked after the issue and has not had any issues with a reoccurring leak at this customers property and hopes that the customer is happy with a dry basement and that is our main goal. We apologize for the slow response and hope with your basement being still dry that you can change the review to show the good job done on the leaky basement. Being in business for as long as Gentry has and to only have 2 negative reviews 1 being a issue with the basement still leaking and the other only having to do with bringing dirt to fill in a hole that has sunk shows that Gentry really does look after its customers and that Gentry will start using this platform more to publish good reviews after every job to show how many happy customers we have helped. Gentry did not know about Homestars before but now we do and will be striving to get a perfect 10
