Andy performed a methodical and professional home inspection for our purchase on a 14 year old house. He reviewed and commented on the landscaping and drainage of the property as well as the house itself. The inspection followed a consistent pattern that he must use, with exterior foundation review, then interior basement, then electrical, etc., etc. He noted several items we used for our final consideration and suggested that we have the septic pumped and inspected prior to finalizing as well. He didn't hesitate to do a full inspection of the attic as well. I would recommend Andy for any home buyer.
