Ordered Festool sander on October 6/16 and asked for an update on Nov 18/16 They advised many orders and would ship end of month or thereafter. Contacted them again on Jan 18/17. They sent a copy of the Nov 18 answer with no addition information. Called and asked why no additional info. Clerk on phone abrupt and rude with no useful info. They have my money but are not able to provide any info on ship date. Will not deal with these clowns again.
