Company called to say they'd be late - then gave a new time and was late again. I complained (after the job was done) and spoke to the manager who said there was fine print. Apparently if they call to say they would be late, the whole 1-hour deal is off. I waited all day for these guys to come and this was the whole reason we chose them! When I spoke to the head manager (who actually said he would call me back in 10 minutes and it took him over an hour to call) ended up giving me 20% off rather than the FREE that they had promised. Furnace still works, though.

The first time I called him in regards to a smell in the drain. He came to the house, checked it out and told me about a few things to cure the problem. I tried them and still have the problem. He could not figure out what the problem was. He didn't charge me because he couldn't figure out the problem. The second time he didn't return the phone call.

I called Brian because I was looking for someone to cut my gas supply. I was replacing a gas stove with an electric one. He came the next morning and capped the gas line and would not take any money for it. It took him five minutes but said he was happy to do it and he really believes in giving great customer service.

I was having trouble with a receptacle that kept shorting out so I called Tony. He came in and found out it to be a very minor problem. He corrected me for it and, as a neighbour, refused to charge me. He said he really believed in great customer service. I highly recommend him.
