The previous owners decided that they wanted to make the storage room a bedroom, so they relocated the washer and dryer up onto the outside covered deck during their renovations. Unfortunately with the deep freeze Vancouver experienced, our lines froze and ruptured in multiple places. We enlisted the services of GVA to relocated the washer and dryer back into the storage room. This involved capping and removing the lines at the deck area, re plumbing the lines in the storage area and cutting and fitting the dryer output vent. They completed this work in about 6 hours and they did a fantastic job. They were 100% professional and 100% on task. I would call them again and recommend them to anyone that requires plumbing services.

This is our second time that we have utilized the services of Haystack Home Inspections. Our first time was about a year ago when were were looking to put an offer on a duplex in Burnaby. This time we called up Haystack to do an inspection for our house that we had already moved into 7 months prior. We wanted a home inspection because we knew that the previous owner/flipper had cut some corners in the renovations and we wanted to know if there were issues we needed to address in our continued ownership of the place.
