Over the Christmas break we had a bad leak with our bow windows that were installed by Northern Comfort back in 2008. Since we had bought the house in 2012 we were worried that the windows wouldn't be under warranty and that we would be looking at a big repair bill. Northern Comfort not only honored the warranty but went above and beyond. From the person that first took our call right down to the tech that came to fix the problem, we were made to feel like a priority. And for the tech that came to the house to fix the problems, a very special thank you for the best customer service that I have received from ANY company in a very long time. You have a customer for life because of this experience. Well done!
