Alex, the owner, is an appliance expert repairman you want to work with. He communicates clearly, from the scheduling, and next steps, shows you what he's doing, clear on the quote, and provides recommendations. He is clear on how much it'll cost right up front, and there's full transparency on what he'll be doing--in my case, showed me the broken/burnt coil that needs replacing--even showing the part price that he's getting to replace the defective coil. He was efficient and well-mannered. I know people have lost confidence in the repair industry (automotive, appliance repair, etc), due to some crooks...but he is bringing back the confidence. I feel he's just a great guy, who just wants to do his job, really well, and reasonably price his efforts--and hopefully, his customers would spread the good news. So here I am, spreading the good news! You won't regret calling Alex. He was in and out of the house within the hour, even offered to clean the inside of the dryer :-) 10/10 all the way!! Thanks Alex!!

My first time to hire movers, and I would probably hire them again on my next move (yikes). Moving from one house to another.... pick-up home was a bit outside of GTA, so there's an added Gas cost in the quote, but that was made clear on the quote... The experience from the phone quotes up to the moment the final furniture was moved-in was great! David was concise and clear in the quote, all was explained and expectations on the move was given. On the day of the move, the movers called right when they were on the hwy to advise of the start of the clock. The doorways were protected with cloth wraps and the floor with red carpet. The furniture were well protected. I was impressed when they wrapped a marble side table and put it in a box on its own...to protect the marble from cracking from the differences in temperature (it was cold when we moved). They were efficient movers (thank you John, Richard and your team). They also were looking out for the homeowner as they thought of the best way and the most time-efficient way to move them. The drop off took longer than I expected due to a smaller entry way (fridge doors needed to be taken out)...I had them move an existing fridge to the basement also which added to the time, but that's out of their control ...They helped in assembling some bed frames with the extra time that we have. Personable movers who were quick!---they have this moving to a science! Much appreciated guys! Overall, an enjoyable experience. General tip for those moving homes though, plan your move very well, box everything up, and dismantle bed frames and big items as much as you can if possible...this would save you hours and of course, $$$...also a perfect time to purge...throw your garbage as much as you can before the move, so you don't have to move your garbage from one place to another :-) Thank you Agility! Will use your service again if and when needed!
