Had a chance to meet Heather this week for our first clean. Super happy with the work she did. She worked reallyhard and we had some time to chat and get to know each other. Looking forward to next time. But.......it looks like this will be my only clean. Received a last minute cancellation call from Heather. Totally valid reason, I get it. Irritating as I had juggled my schedule to accommodate already. Problem is as soon as I didn't fit into her optoins to reschedule that's where the service ended. Guess it's all good as long as it's her way. I know she will post a reply to this with the excuses. Just understand that I changed my review not on the cancellation but how dismissive she was in trying to reschedule.

Sorry to hear that Helen. I won't give random excuses. I told you I was going to the awards ceremony (homestars) and actually not only offered you a day (fri) when i'm no where near your area, but offered to go today foregoing the HomeStars luncheon. I'm sorry neither of these options worked for you and hope you find a suitable fit
