Lynette in Vaughan

Based on a recommendation from a friend who is an interior design consultant and manages construction projects, I recently contracted Select Granite Tops Inc. to install granite counter tops and back splash in my kitchen. I am posting this review as an endorsement of their expertise, workmanship, professionalism, high level of integrity and above all excellent customer service. Renato, Vice President, patiently assisted me through the selection of the most appropriate material considering my colour schemes and budget. Having contacted them during their busiest season, I was a little concerned about their ability to meet deadlines. Renato ensured me that the job would be completed before Christmas and they did what they needed to do to make that happen. As with all jobs there were challenges, issues and stressful moments. Chris, project manager was prompt with his follow up visit, assessment of the situation and a resolution. Chris even rolled up his sleeves and fixed a couple of issues himself. It has been a pleasure working with Renato and his team. All team members were respectful, friendly, conscientious and cleaned up. Special thanks to all including Nadia and the gentleman who came out to measure. I definitely plan to work with them again and highly recommend the organization. Lynette
