Len is awesome! I've never met a more responsive business owner. Every call and text was answered promptly, usually within minutes. Our new heating system is beautiful and his pricing is competitive. The only hiccup we had required that the hydronics specialist return to the site to check on some work, which took a couple of weeks from him to do. Not a big deal because we weren't living there at the time but in the future, I would check the work as soon as it is completed, with the specialist present, so that any issues can be resolved right away. Highly recco!
