We were looking to improve the energy efficiency of our aging house while increasing the amount of light and fresh air from the outside. The process started with Phil coming to our house and evaluating our existing windows. I knew right away Phil was knowledgable and experienced to get the job done. He even suggested a 6 foot wide patio to replace a window in the back (which eventually changed the entire look and feel of the house inside as well). My wife and I went to meet with the owner David, who graciously gave us a tour of the factory where they manufacture all the windows. It is an amazing operation! We gave our 50% deposit, waited 4-5 weeks and it took about 2 days for Phil and his team to install everything. All garbage and old windows was neatly collected, all new windows were insulated and it has completely changed the house from the inside and out. I love it! The only thing that could use improvement is the Canada Zone stickers were a little difficult to peel off and left glue residue. I suspect these are regulatory stickers, but regardless it's a little bit of a pain to remove unlike the other stickers on the windows which peeled off without any problem. I would give David and Phil and 10/10 without any doubt!
