No reasonable tradesman would replace a California textured ceiling with a popcorn ceiling. (See picture below). When I asked to have this repair fixed, I received the response below. (See picture below). Absolutely disgusted in the service provided. Completely unacceptable to conduct a reputable business this way. I'm sharing this experience in hopes that this doesn't happen to you :(
