Chris, Kevin, Julian and Michael acted professionally at all times. Chris was informative about what our options were. The other three put our items in quickly with no reported issues and with minimal disruption. Additionally the areas they worked in as well as the items installed were all cleaned up before they left. They also kept us informed of the some changes we would notice after the systems started to get working. Julian also let us know about the normal maintenance wed have to do on a regular basis. All in all a very good experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for these types of services.

Needed two area rugs cleaned, one after several years of being in our family room. Between pet accidents, people spilling things, dust, dirt and moving to a new residence, it needed done. That rug had the special BioTreat done and truthfully, it now has no smell. Perfect!! Both were picked up and delivered by very good technicians who explained things to me. And Hayley and Kaitlyn were both very attentive to what I wanted.
