We are selling our home and didn’t want any surprises before listing our home so we decided to do a home inspection . Frank came highly recommended by our agent. I was so impressed by how thoroughly Frank inspected every aspect and part of our home with some of the most advanced equipment I have ever seen. He was easily able to explain what and why he was doing things with his vast knowledge of the trades and I felt 100% satisfied with meticulous inspection he carried out. I was also impressed with how quickly he supplied us with a detailed and thorough report. I would highly recommend Frank to anyone and will use him again in the future. It gave me piece of mind and set me at ease during the stressful process of selling a home.

We recently bought a loft in Toronto that has 18 ft. sheers and black out drapes. They must have been original with 13 years of soiled in dirt. Replacing them at this time was not my first choice and we were referred to this company by the lofts management. They cleaned and repaired the curtains to an unbelievable state...almost new. We were so happy with the results, service and employees that we called them back to clean the carpets also. A fantastic company that I will continue to use and refer to my friends and family.

We hired Prestige to clean our ducts and furnace. The technicians were polite, clean and efficient. The air quality after cleaning was noticeable as my sons and my allergies improved almost immediately. Ted and the office staff were total professionals. I couldn't rate the work, staff or customer service any higher. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use this company. They went above and beyond all my expectations.
