Our alarm equipment required some updating as it was over 15 years old. Mark was excellent from start to finish! very conscientious , patient , as well as knowledgeable about your product. Mark was a great worker and he even changed to slippers at the door! MUCH APPRECIATED AND A NICE TOUCH!!!
