The windows that HTR installed in our house have made a massive difference in the entire look of the house. The installers were always on time, polite, and incredibly professional. They were systematic in their approach, and it was impressive watching them work so efficiently. After the work was completed, they cleaned everything up. You could tell, these guys took their job seriously. Most important was the experience we got dealing with Dennis. He was honest in his assessment of our home's needs, and always gave us the best advice. I felt confident in his knowledge, and he explained all the latest innovations in windows. He has a great a eye for style, and he has the experience to know what can be done to achieve a particular style or look for a home. He looked at each window in our house with us, and advised on the best style and type we could install to maximize such things as: insulation in the winter, wind/airflow in the summer, and privacy from prying neighbours. We went with triple plane, added awnings at various points, and frosted windows where needed. All thanks to his advice. Dennis always took personal responsibility to make sure everything was perfect. He came personally to fix a scratch that had occurred on our front door during installation. Dennis also came himself, to paint the odd-shaped windows that we did not want replaced--ensuring our home had a fluid and matching look. When the project was done, Dennis even came by the very next day to inspect and make sure everything was in order. He even tightened a metal post on our house that had come loose during installation.

The group is very professional and did an excellent job with digging deep and setting the stone. They were very receptive to adjustments and changes according to what I liked. The team even came back after 3 months to replace stones I noticed didn't look right. I highly recommend this company and their team!
