We just had all the windows and doors for our new cottage build supplied by Brock Innisfil. This included 12 windows, 1 bow window, the front door and a double patio door. Brock was the first company we approached for estimates; after such a great meeting with Chris (the sales rep), we found there was no reason to look further. The entire process from start to finish was flawless: - all our options were clearly explained to us, and no pressure was ever given for us to choose a certain style/type/size/etc. In fact, the sales rep was quite often suggesting and recommending cost-saving options. - the review time and all the back-and-forth with changes didn't phase Brock in the least. At no time did they make us feel we were bouncing around! - the time-to-build was reasonable, and we were informed at all times as to when we could expect installation. Brock did a fantastic job of coordinating the installation for when our contractor was ready for the windows and doors. - installation as done at the agreed appointment time, in the day and a half that was expected. The team was cheery, happy, and worked quickly, leaving the site very clean. We are thrilled with our choice and would not hesitate to recommend Brock to anyone looking to replace or install windows or doors. Special shoutout to Chris, in particular, as he was just amazing in his dealings with us.

You hear so many different stories about duct cleaning companies, and it is very hard to know what to look for, or to understand. After our complete house reno, we really did want to have the ducts cleaned to get rid of all the drywall dust and junk that fell in the airways. We chose Dave's and I could not be happier!! From the initial phone call to the follow-up email, they were professional, courteous, efficient, ... the list goes on. Brendan and Scott showed up on time, took great care in my home, and showed us photos at the end of the difference. They unblocked one duct which had been closed for a long time. If you are hesitating even in the least, I advise you not to, and to call Dave's. You won't be sorry.
