We hired Joe on the recommendation of our realtor to fix up a rental property. He did an excellent job and charged us a fair price for his services. He has a good eye for detail and made several suggestions that he thought would help the property sell. His work included removing wallpaper, texturing walls, complete paint job (entire inside and exterior trim), replacing light fixtures, repairing a broken dryer vent and hauling away old furniture and junk left at the property by the renter. I would highly recommend Joe. He worked hard, is honest and completed the job on schedule.
