Prompt and clear communication from Kyle. He did not attempt to underquote to secure the work, requested photos, listened to some of my anticipated concerns of this 75yr old house and responded to them providing clear detail of what to expect for the work, selected site and budget. Day of the electrician, Fraser, was courteous and considerate of working around me working from home and familiar with working around 2 cats. Arrived on time, prepared for the project based on good communication with Kyle. I never saw him without a mask on, and he did a thorough clean up after the work was complete. Work was completed as budgeted, with no additional costs added or overruns. A great process from start to finish!
