Had a freezer leaking water and Sam came and quickly diagnosed the problem with the defrost unit and water system. He quickly cleaned it of the ice blockage and got it humming again!

Sam came within three hours of my call to look at my washer and dryer. He gave me some good advice on what to do since the washer is heading to the afterlife and gave me a quote on the dryer which I’ll take advantage of if we don’t get replace both. Very friendly and informative.

I picked Rent-A-Son after reading the reviews of a number moving companies (although ironically not on HomeStars). The entire process was great from the video chat with Rob to get a quote to the day of when Cory, Brian, and Arlie were fantastic in packing up our apartment and storage unit in Mississauga and moving it to our new place in Toronto. They actually ended up coming in under the expected time while working efficiently and good-naturedly and were very careful with all of our belongings. I recommend them to anyone moving to make things an absolute breeze.
