First high end purchase. We were told to go to Lucky's so we did. Absolutely the best price in town. Got to say also they did not push for payment neither, and very flexible on delivery. We spent allot there and probably will do so again. Warning though, when purchasing high end appliances, ask about trim kits, like the grills above the fridges and so on, ask what is actually included and installations. These were not included. We got the competitors to install. Sad but true, we were star struck with our purchase and love the look, but very disheartened by not getting a trim piece that seemed obvious. Other than that happy. Lesson learnt. Great service, with a very busy small appliance store. They could triple the size of there store, but I think smart keeping it low key. Competitors don't like Lucky very much, I love that. Yet they helped us out of a bind. I am in Langley Not Toronto as the location says. Lucky's is a down to earth no nonsense appliance store, but do your homework, or ask if the hubcaps are included.

Busy year for building. Service was great product above expectations. Very experienced supplier. Compatition in price range seemed to not care. Bad reviews are lack of knowledge, as we used priemere suppliers for years, but found the knowledge of sales rep far above, and will be using A1 again. We purchased doors windows and mouldings and hardware. Give them more than one task and handled with ease.
