We hired Dee & Thomas in mid October for a new basement development. They began work shortly after we agreed to terms, and went to work getting permits. Our first walk through with them was extremely informative. They discovered several things overlooked by our builder (including an out of alignment support post!). With their help, most were looked after by the builder prior to the work starting. They were easy to reach during the work, we never felt neglected. Calls and texts were answered immediately. One of the things we found helpful was their feedback, both were very good about pointing out alternate options, or some cost saving ideas. Their eye for detail was very appreciated, it’s impressive to see craftspeople catch themselves on their own work. The basement feels like it was always part of the original build. They’ve created a great space, and one heck of a sexy bathroom! Would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

From the first to the final walk throughs; our excitement for your transition to a new house, reflected your enthusiasm. To help put your personalized stamp on the basement... yes that 'sexy bathroom' and the 'not-office-like' suspended ceiling... all while maintaining continuity with upstairs.
So much happens when a project has many facets so there is much that comes to mind when thinking of it.... The journeymen we rely on for their specialties, once again provided. This and your feedbacks are as integral as our skillsets, in making things happen comfortably. The craftsmen/artisans in us found the areas with higher degree of difficulty refreshing. And, welcomed the challenge to produce technically sound work that has a clean lined finish, which is appealing for the eye to take in.
Knowing that you wanted to have an experienced contractor to help navigate the process via experience, and the unsurities you had in the begining; we are greatful you trusted in us to manage and deal with all details of the development and take that load from you. Thanks also for sharing your positive experience, for your understanding and patience and expressed gratitude, throughout the project. And encompassing all that, we were glad to never have a reason to doubt your word. We would also recommend anyone to deal with you aswell!....that said, if there is anyone out there looking to by a townhouse (NE), we happen to know of one that is recently vacated and in need of new owners...
